Holden Acres
The Alvarado property, now christened Holden Acres, has been donated to Holy Fire Redeeming by Ms. Bonnie in loving memory of her late husband John Holden. Moving forward we will provide updates on our progress. (View Holden Acres Update on the Home Page) Follow along with us as The Lord quickly transforms this Grave into a Beautiful garden.
Vehicle Project
We are in need of a vehicle that will allow us to transport men back and forth from their employment, Celebrate Recovery classes, Parole/Probation appointments, as well as visit to the local Walmart. Please pray that the LORD will help open our eyes to see the blessing before it appears.
Septic System Project
We are in need of a septic system. The current system is not designed for eight (8) men. This project will run about $15,000. A volunteer has decided to donate $5,000 if we can come up with the rest. Would you consider joining with us?
The rooms have now been funded and we are rapidly moving towards a full house.
We are currently housing five (5) men. We have successfully completed our third room and we are quickly transition to the fourth room.
Once we have six (6) men in the house we will use their program fee to pay utilities as well as prepare for an additional room. We desire to be self sustaining. Please keep all of these matters in your prayers. Until next time, “Be Blessed”.
